Refund / Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges if there is something wrong with the order you received or there is some other reason for it. Just follow our guidelines:

If you have any problems with your order, please, contact us within 60 days after you received The Zen Connect Neutralizer.

We will not address any issues brought to us after this timeframe.

We have very strict policies and double check all orders before they head out so any issues are very rare and we need to determine what happened with your order before an exchange. Please, take the photo of the damaged product to provide the proof of defect of the item received.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it we will send you a new one free of charge (including shipping) as long as they fall under refund policy guidelines. 60-day warranty.
